Know What Happens Behind the New Finishes
We check the existing plumbing, walls and floor as far as access allows. Known repairs and preparation are described in the quote, alongside the fitting, electrical and finishing work included.
If removal uncovers further damage, the additional work and price need to be explained and agreed before it proceeds. The new finish should cover a properly prepared room.
