2. Measure the Room and Choose Fittings

At the home visit, we measure the room, check the visible plumbing and discuss the layout, storage, heating and finishes. Products need to fit together before they are ordered.

3. Review Your Written Quote

Your quote lists the selected products and installation work. Check any separate items and optional upgrades, then agree the work, payment terms and expected schedule before booking.

4. Fit and Check the New Bathroom

The agreed removal, preparation and fitting are completed in the order the room needs. If removing the old bathroom reveals damage, we explain the repairs and price before extra work starts. At handover, we check the fittings and explain their use and care.
